岗位方向和名称：市场部实习生

岗位时长：1-3个月（远程/实地上海）

一、岗位职责

1、Assist to maintain the below projects and relevant platforms (tools), deal with call-out and make sure theoperation is smooth and on time.

-Elearning- Les Atelier Boucheron

-Client Experience project- CXE

-Archiving in share drive- One Drive

-Staff information list and learning record

-Vendor creation and contract follow-up by training project

2、Assist to coordinate the execution of training projects.

3、Assist to monitor the result of project delivery and analyze relevant KPls for productivity'.

4、Assist to communicate with HQ and local training counterparts, support to prepare for monthly meetings if needed.

5、Support to develop files as request, e.g., questionnaires, checking forms, basic training materials (asrequest), etc.

6、Track training expense for Chinese-speaking markets and combine Korea's in regional file.

7、Other ad-hoc tasks as requests.

二、岗位要求

1、Proficient written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese.

2、Be able to multitasks and well-organized; Be able to work under pressure.

3、Have ownership to pursue excellence with proactivity and critical questioning mindset.

4、Detail driven and skilled Microsoft office user.

5、Project management experience is plus.

6、Retail background is plus.

7、Consistent Internship for 4-5 days/week and support > 6 months is plus.
