　　学院历史：1888年，露西·会德洛克创办了会德洛克小姐培训学校，后来成为会德洛克学院。她对早期儿童教育有远见，当时激进的德国幼儿园运动以及它如何为移民家庭社区服务给了她灵感。作为波士顿大学第一所以女性命名的学院，会德洛克学院自豪地沿用了露西的名字。
